A Customer who intends to seek a return, a refund or an exchange from DYNAMIC CLASSIC SDN. BHD. 202601026927 (1689023-K) should read what follows before purchasing: it records the only circumstances in which such a claim is entertained, the proof that must accompany it, and the period within which it must be lodged.
1. When a claim may be brought
Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable; the sole departures from that rule are these:
Wrong item: the merchant despatched an item other than the one ordered.
Departure from the listing: the item received does not correspond to the specifications, description, features or information advertised for it on the website.
Condition on arrival: the item received was spoiled, damaged or defective upon delivery.
Late delivery: delivery exceeded the timeline recorded in the company’s Shipping Policy.
2. Proof that must accompany a claim
A claim is determined on evidence, and the following must be furnished before one is processed:
Unboxing record: a clear and continuous video in which the parcel appears unopened and the shipping label, the packaging and the item received are each shown.
First-use record: a clear video of the first use of the item, in every case where such use applies.
Further material: photographs, order particulars or any other supporting document the company requests.
3. Where a claim is lodged, and by when
Two conditions bind every request, and neither is relaxed:
Channel and deadline: a return or refund request is submitted to the customer support team at dynamicclassic@outlook.com within 24 hours of the item being received.
Effect of delay or omission: a request made after that 24-hour reporting period, or made without the evidence described above, is not accepted.
